Business Hours
My business hours are Monday-Friday from 10 AM - 4 PM CST
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me via Lovey Lane's Facebook Messenger within 5 business days of package receipt.
Payment
Invoices MUST be paid within 24 hours. Unpaid invoices will be CANCELED.
Shipping Addresses
Please double check your shipping address. I am not responsible for mistakes, nor will I update addresses after orders have been placed.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time for ready to ship items is 1-3 business days. Standard turnaround time for custom items is 14 business days. Pre-Order turnaround estimates will be updated on my Facebook page.
Please note that turnaround time is the time it takes to MAKE your order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days MINIMUM for standard shipping.
To calculate your ship date, please add 14 business days to your payment date. I will not respond to messages asking when orders will ship.
If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know BEFORE placing your order. I will let you know if your timeframe is possible. You may need to purchase rush or express options as well as expedited shipping options.
Shipping Times
Due to current global shipping delays, I cannot guarantee shipping times. I am not responsible for packages once they are in USPS, UPS, or FedEx custody. Shipping disputes must be handled through package carrier service.
